Lady Gaga Cancels Tour

Much to the disappointment of Lady Gaga’s monsters, Lady Gaga has cancelled all of the remaining tour dates on her current “Born This Way Ball” tour. While Lady Gaga originally had cancelled only four of the upcoming tour dates (including a performance in Hamilton, Ontario), Gaga announced today that due to complications and extreme pain due to a hip injury, she would be cancelling the remainder of her tour.

Anyone who has been in a relationship knows that there are just as many hard times as there are good times. Going a step further, anyone who has been in a relationship that has ended knows that when the going gets too tough, it’s better to cut things off and move on with your life. However, some people tend to return to where they were despite things seeming increasingly bad. Why am I giving you this lecture, you ask? Because Chris Brown and Rihanna are in the spotlight once again. As just about everyone knows, Chris Brown and Rihanna had a very highly publicized relationship with one another before things came to an end. According to allegations and a frighteningly large amount of evidence it was determined that Chris Brown got physical with Rihanna resulting in many bruises on her face. Quite obviously, their results in the couple breaking up.

Despite her very public meltdown in 2007 which included various stints at drug rehabilitation centers and a head shaving incident, it’s hard to hate Britney Spears. Sure, she’s done some questionable things in her life but her timeless music coupled with her international fame, beautiful children and impression of innocence makes her a loveable celebrity. Whether that love largely stems from sympathy or not is another story entirely.
