Adele Marries in Secret

It’s official! Or rather Adele’s made it official with her partner, charity worker Simon Konecki. Apparently friends have confirmed that the pair have tied the knot in secret.

That’s right, Adele fans, get off foxy bingo or Facebook and pay attention. A wedding guest reportedly spilled the beans to the Mail Online about the highly secretive nuptials stating: “They did get married, and I was present. It was a fabulous occasion.”

What with her recent marriage and the fact she’s due to give birth any week now, it seems like Adele’s next album (24?) will be decidedly happier than her last album, which detailed her feelings from a past breakup. So long as the nuptials last at least.

According to the guest: “Adele was dressed in a classic attire and Simon looked very smart and joyous.”

Not too long ago, a US magazine managed to nab a rare photo of the singer and her now husband, 38, out in London wearing a ring that looked suspiciously like a wedding band.

The wedding rumours began back when she announced on her website that she was expecting her first child with Simon: “I’m delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we’re over the moon. Yours always, Adele.”

She’s thought to be “an old fashioned girl” who can’t wait to have a family, so it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise to fans that she’s settled. Apparently she was introduced to Simon by musician Ed Sheeran last year, back when she was having throat surgery.

The two have settled in a mansion in Brighton, England. Congrats Adele.
