Arnold Schwarzenegger Looking to Rekindle Relationship with Maria Shriver

Depending on why a relationship ends, it’s usually for the best. Of course, even when it’s seemingly for the best, relationships have been known to respark. Such a phenomenon seems to be happening all too much recently as anyone who is paying attention will know. First, reports of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart getting back together hit the web. Next, reports of Chris Brown and Rihanna potentially getting back together made the rounds. To just about anyone, it would seem that the reasons behind these break ups were good enough to stay split for good – but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

In the wake of these two relationships, it’s easy to forget about Arnold Schawzenegger and Maria Shriver. Just to clue the clueless in, it came to light that Schawzenegger had a relationship and later a child with an employee of his household. This would have been all fine and dandy had it not been for his marriage to Shriver and the fact that he kept this infinitely from Shriver for many, many years.

Following this news breaking, Shriver moved out of the couple’s mansion effectively ending their 25 year relationship. Of course, it’s hard to blame Shriver for quickly flying the coop because this is almost on a Tiger Woods level. But can you really blame Arnold for looking to get her back?

Originally, it seemed as if Arnold had no interest in getting back together with his now ex-wife but that doesn’t seem to be the case. According to recent reports, Arnold has become very vocal about his intentions to get back together with Shriver. Taking it a step further, it also seems that Arnold is extremely optimistic about getting back together with her going on to say that he does in fact see the two getting back together.

Currently, Shriver has said nothing in terms of rekindling the relationship but we wouldn’t be surprised if she was completely against it. Then again, if Rihanna can forgive Chris Brown and Pattinson, Stewart, anything can happen, right?
