Meet Joanne Smith Baldwin: Daniel Baldwin’s Wife
These days we have bee hearing some crazy things about Daniel Baldwin’s estranged wife Joanne Smith Baldwin like threatening to kill him, DUI and lately filing for divorce, but who really is Daniel Baldwin’s wife Joanne, find out!!!
41 year-old Joanne Smith Baldwin born on Dec. 18th 1969 in the U.K is a former model turned chef, it was while she was working as a chef that she met Daniel on 2007, at a Malibu rehab center where Daniel was a patient and Joanne was the chef.
Joanne Baldwin and her husband got married on July 28th, 2007, they welcome their first child together a girl they named Avis Ann Baldwin on January 17, 2008, she was born at the Cedars Sinai Hospital in L.A and weighted 7 lbs. 10 oz. Their second daughter Finley Rae Martineau Baldwin was born on August 7, 2009 at he same hospital her big sister did and measured 20½” and weighed 7 lbs. 10 oz.
According to Police reports Joanne Smith Baldwin has previous DUI charges, Daniel added that she has a serious drug and booze trouble, her drinking problem drove her insane for the past weeks and allegedly had threaten to kill him at least ten times, he stated she told him she will slash his throat during his sleep, many time she has told him that in front of their minor girls.
The last time she threaten to kill him, Mrs. Baldwin called the Police to arrived at their home in Portland Oregon, they found out she was clearly drunk, Daniel had his side of the incident on paper after filing a restraining order against his wife
“Joanne came out of our bedroom and said she had just watched a documentary on women who killed their husbands. Then she said ‘Now I know how to do it, I understand why they did it. You have been warned. Move out of this house or I am going to kill you.’ their 3 year-old daughter then asked him…”Is mommy going to kill us?”
She was removed from their home, Daniel was granted with the restraining order against her, TMZ obtained the legal documents, where Baldwin also describes he has been brutalized by Joanne, she punched him, hit him with a phone and pulled a knife on him.

if that restraining order was not enough Joanne Smith was detained and arrested for driving while intoxicating , violating her probation, because of that violation she of been held at the Clackamas County after she turned herself in the Lake Oswego Police she will be jailed until July 20th when she will appeared on court.
Joanne’s hubby received custody of their daughter, he also filed for divorce on Wednesday July 13th, 2011.
