Christal Spann- Chris Brown Alleged Violence Attack Victim

Christal Shanae Spann is the woman who accused Chris Brown of stealing her IPhone from her hands after she took a picture of him, if found guilty he could be send to jail.

24 year-old Christal Shanae Spann was inside Cameo Nightclub in Washington, Miami with some of her friends when they spotted Chris Brown leaving the club with rapper Spyga. Christal and her friends followed him so they could take a picture of him, which was taken by Christal using her while IPhone 4S when Chris and Spyga got on his black Bentley.

Chris didn’t like getting his picture taken, so from his window he snatched the phone from Spann’s hands before he told her…

“B**h, you ain’t going to put that on no website.”

Christal filed a report for robbery by sudden snatching….

”V01 (SPANN) STATED THAT SHE WAS INSIDE OF CAMEO AND OBSERVED S01 (ARTIST CHRIS BROWN) AND ARTIST TYGA EXITING THE CLUB THROUGH THE SIDE DOOR OF THE CLUB LEADING TO ESPANOLA WAY. V01 AND HER FRIENDS FOLLOWED S01 AND EXITED THE CLUB. ONCE OUTSIDE V01 OBSERVED S01 ENTER HIS VEHICLE (BLACK BENTLEY). V01 THEN RETRIEVED HER CELL PHONE AND APPROACHED S01 TO TAKE A PICTURE. V01 STATED THAT SHE TOOK A PICTURE OF S01 WHILE HE WAS SITTING INSIDE OF HIS VEHICLE. AT THIS TIME V01 STATED THAT S01 REACHED THROUGH HIS CAR WINDOW SNATCHED HER PHONE FROM HER HANDS, AND SAID “BITCH YOU AINT GOING TO PUT THAT ON NO WEBSITE”. AFTER S01 TOOK THE PHONE HE PUT HIS CAR WINDOW UP AND DROV”

Chris is the middle of his 5 year probation after the 2009 incident with his then girlfriend Rihanna, if guilty he could be send to jail.
