Last week Katy Perry was photographed with a mysterious man, thanks to our dear friends at TMZ we found out that Katy’s guy was in fact another guy’s guy, so no romantic night out for Katy that time, I wonder if Baptiste Giabiconi who is currently the face of Channel is more than a friend for the I Kissed a Girl singer?

So far things might be stating for Katy and Baptiste, they were seen sitting together at the Channel runway, witnesses said they were looking cozy and holding hands..

‘He was sitting next to her at the show. Then we all had dinner the other night, they were holding hands and looking cozy, and now they are inseparable.’

The next day they were once again together, this time with a group of friends, but they were inseparable..

‘They were with a group of people, but they looked very much like a couple in love. ‘He was never more than a foot away from her and they were very flirty. They made a very good-looking couple.’

Friends close to Baptiste said he is smitten by Katy..

Born on November 9th, 1989 in Marignane, France. He was raise by his mother who worked long hours at the Mayor’s office to support her family, Growing up was not easy for Baptiste and even thought he was born with a beautiful face his baby was too skinny for him to even think of becoming a model, Baptiste was in love with music.

He was inspire by the music of great singers from David Bowie, The Cure, Jim Morrison and The Police to Frank Sinatra, but that dream had to be put on hold too, Baptiste found himself working at an airplane factory, when he decided to work on his body.

It was while working out in the gym that a woman told him if he would consider modeling, he should start working on his portfolio, so began going to castings, with no much luck until Karl Lagerfeld discovered him in 2008, that same year he signed with DNA Model Management in NY. Baptiste soon became Channel’s face and Coca-Cola Light, then every designer wanted a piece of Baptiste.

He has been in the pages of Vogue, Harper’s Bazar, Elle, L’ Officiel, to name a few plus he has been in the runways for Giorgio Armani and Roberto Cavalli, Freja Beha Erichsen, Abbey Lee and Iris Strubegger. His measurements? Baptiste stands at 6’2”, weights 155 lbs. waist 31, shoe size 10, suit 40, inseam 33.
