Killing Joke Member Goes Missing
It may sound like a joke but certainly, it’s not. Killing Joke member Jeremy “Jaz” Coleman is missing. This happened as the renowned British group was preparing for a short tour with The Cult and The Mission.
Through their Facebook page, the influential band confirmed that Jeremy Coleman, alias the “Jaz” had gone missing ahead of their tour of England where they were to host a series of shows.
The official Facebook post also states that Mr. Coleman hasn’t been in touch with his fellow band mates ever since he went missing. The band also expressed its concern over the welfare of its band mate who has gone AWOL just as they prepared to host various shows in England from 11th to 16th Sept.
The Killing Joke expressed its commitment to ensure that the planned tour goes on as expected but if things do not work out as planned, the organizers will try to find a possible way of compensating everyone involved.
Mr. Coleman, a top keyboard player, has been supportive and influential to the band starting from its early years till its rise to fame in 1987. The Killing Joke band has also been influential to a number of popular bands such as Nirvana, Jane’s Addiction and Metallica.
