15 year old Dionne Bromfield was  Amy Winehouse protégé the two of them performed together less than a week before the singer’s tragic death Dionne is devastated by her godmother’s passing.

Dionne Julia Bromfield was born on Kent Greater London on February 1st, 1996 went to Beaverwood  School for girls and now she is at Sylvia Young Theatre School in Westminster, by the time Dionne  was 12 she became famous when she was seen in a video along Amy signing If I Ain’t Got You by Alicia Keys at Pete Doherty’s house, the video became a YouTube sensation in a second, at 13 we saw them together at Strictly Dancing, Amy signed Dionne in her own record label Lioness Records.

On October, 2009 Dionne released her first album Introducing Dionne Bromfield her single Mama Said was released the following month, her second album Good For The Soul was released on July 4th, 2011.

Dionne’s son Spinnin for 2012 will be released on July 25th  with the special collaboration of 24 year-old  Tinchy Stryder who also wrote the song with Dionne their song will be the official son for the 2012 Olympics in London.

Dionne and Amy were last spotted together four days ago Dionne sang Mama Said on Wednesday at a nightclub in London where Amy dance and cheered for her protégé, this was perhaps the last time Bromfield saw her godmother alive
