Beyonce NOT Pregnant
When it comes to power couples you would be hard pressed to find a duo more electric than Beyonce and Jay-Z. Beyonce, having been active in the entertainment community since 1997 has made her name in many different ways. Not only is she a Grammy winning R&B singer but she’s also appeared in many different movies. Jay-Z, on the other hand, has often been regarded as one of the most financially successful names in hip hop. Starting out as a rapper, Jay-Z has gone on to found several highly successful companies including the Def Jam record label and Rocawear clothing – just to name a few.
As if they weren’t powerful enough on their own the coupled tied the knot in 2002 and became the power couple we’ve come to know and love today. However, it wasn’t until 2011 that Beyonce let us know she was pregnant with the couple’s first child. After what seemed like an eternity of darkness shrouded in mystery, the media was told that the couple’s daughter was to be named Blue Ivy. As of now, the child isn’t even a year old and already some are speculating that Beyonce is pregnant with their second child.
While nothing has been announced thus far, Beyonce is still quite young and has said she wants more kids which wouldn’t make it too far fetched of an announcement. However, those who were hoping that Jay-Z and Beyonce would have another child on the way are sure to be disappointed. During a recent red carpet interview, Jay-Z himself took the time to dispel any rumors. According to the hip hop mogul his wife is not currently pregnant. At first blush it would be easy to dispel this statement and say that he’s simply keeping it under wraps but this doesn’t seem to be the case. Jay-Z was very affirmative that he said is “absolutely not” having a baby anytime soon. As for Beyonce? We haven’t heard anything from her but we’ll certainly keep you posted.
