Octomom Seeks $150,000 From Supporters

If you’ve been paying attention you’re probably well aware of the chronicles of a woman named Nadya Suleman which the media refers to as Octomom. This 37 year old woman underwent the second ever successful documented birth of octuplets in the United States. Unsurprisingly, due to Suleman using in-vitro fertilization to get pregnant with these children, the public at large was sent into a frenzy. This was furthered with the announcement that Suleman had to begin collecting welfare to support herself and her children. Many believed that Octomom intentionally got herself pregnant with no many children to exploit the US Government and receive a higher welfare payment.

After such an out lash, Octomom took matters into her own hands and dipped her feet into the adult entertainment industry. Along with releasing a very explicit video that showed her fully nude, she also worked as an adult dancer and tried her hand with other miscellaneous ventures to make ends meet. Despite media out lash (once again) Suleman came forth to announce that thanks to her hard work, she was actually able to get off of welfare and resume business as usual.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem as if Octomom’s adult endeavours were enough as we’ve been notified that her La Habra estate is still being foreclosed upon. But, fret not, as Octomom already has her eye set on yet another home for her and her children. The only catch? She needs your help. That’s right, Octomom has officially opened the doors for her supporters to pledge however much money they want in order to help her put a down payment on a new home. As of writing this article, Octomom’s GoFundMe.com page has raised a mere $2,235 of the $150,000 she is asking for.

Unlike more popular fundraising sites like Kickstarter.com it does not seem that GoFundMe has any sort of time limit in which these funds can be raised. In lieu of that, provided she’s willing to wait long enough, Octomom may in fact one day be able to put a down payment funded almost entirely by her supporters.
