Usher Back In Action After Stepson’s Death
American R&B sensation, Usher has one thing in common with Hollywood action star Sylvester Stallone. In addition to both being celebs, they both recently lost their beloved sons. For Usher, the story is quite different. His stepson, Kile Glover, died after a Jet Ski accident that happened in Georgia, USA. The 11-year-old child was son to Usher’s ex-wife, Tameka Foster.
The similarity between Usher and Sylvester Stallone was the topic of discussion in most social networking sites. After losing his son, Stallone was recently spotted during the launch of The Expendables 2, an action packed movie involving other Hollywood stars such as Jean-Claude Van Dame. The actor was trying to come to terms with the unexpected death of his son just a few months after it happened.
Back to the R&B star, he held his first concert in New York after the death of his stepson. According to the New York Post under its famous Gossip Column, the singer took a moment to acknowledge his stepson and to also thank his fans for their prayers and support during those difficult times. Over £1.25 million was raised after the charity concert. The concert is famed for its role in facilitating growth and development of various superstars including Billie Holiday, James Brown and Ella Fitzgerald.
Usher is expected to host a series of shows after the tragic incident that affected his private life. We would like to extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Usher and Sylvester Stallone in the wake of these tragic events.
