Usher’s Stepson, Kyle Glover, Passes Away Following July 8th Jetski Accident
As if things weren’t gloomy enough following the Batman Massacre in Aurora, Colorado we have yet
another story focusing on the loss of life. According to reports, Usher’s 11-year old stepson Kyle Glover
has been removed from life support thus resulting in his passing. Kyle’s mother, Tameka Foster (who is
also Usher’s ex-wife), was said to have had a very hard time deciding whether or not to remove her son
from life support – a decision we can imagine is near impossible to make.
This death comes after a very unfortunate accident that happened on July 8 th, 2012. As the story goes,
Kyle Glover was riding an inner tube while relaxing in Lake Lanier. Sometime after, a family friend who
was riding a jetski then collided with Glover’s inner tube. At first it was not said what was to come of the
accident other than that Glover was in critical condition. Unfortunately, a few days after the accident yet
another statement was released saying that Glover has been found to be completely brain dead and on
life support.
During this entire ordeal both Usher and Tameka Foster were present at the hospital despite their
differences. This comes after news that the two had been engaged in a heated custody battle over their
two sons Usher Raymond V and Naviyd, aged 4 and 3. As of now, Usher has not come forth to release a
statement on the matter which is understandable given the severity of the issue.
There’s no telling what will happen to the jetski operator who has since been identified as 38-year old
Jeffrey Hubbard but the matter is being investigated. On the bright side, it has been made known that
the 15-year old girl who was riding with Glover at the time of the accident is expected to make a full
recovery experiencing only a broken arm and a cut on her head.
