Wyclef John Poses Half Naked on Ducati
Today is Wyclef Jean’s 43rd birthday and he seems to be celebrating by posing half naked while straddling his Ducati motorcycle. The photo was posted on Wyclef Jean’s Twitter account this morning, with the caption “TODAY I AM 43 YERAS OLD! I look and feel 26. U can’t keep a good man down!” We’re not going to argue with him. Based on the photo, he definitely doesn’t look 43 years old.
So what is he referring to when he says that you can’t keep a good man down? Well, as it turns out, his Hatian charity is currently being investigated for how the donated funds have been spent. According to the New York Times, a large portion of the funds that were donated to the charity were spent by Wyclef Jean and his associates on luxury travel, food, fancy offices and other unnecessary expenses. Some of the examples of the outrageous spending including the charity paying Wyclef Jean himself to perform at a concert (a concert to benefit his own charity) as well as a $30,000 expense to fly Lindsay Lohan on a private jet to a fundraiser that raised a mere $60,000.
So why is he half naked? We’re not quite sure. Perhaps that is one of his tactics to distract the media from the underlying issues with his charity.
