Fred Willard Arrested

Last night, Fred Willard, the 78 year old star from the film Anchorman was arrested in Hollywood at the Tiki Theatre, on charges of lewd conduct. Vice officers entered the “adult” theatre at around 8:45pm, where they found Fred Willard with his private parts exposed, and engaging in an act of lewd conduct.

According to the LAPD, the arrest wasn’t the result of a raid, but rather a random walk through of the theatre. In order for adult theatres to obtain their licences, they must agree to allow officers to enter the theatre at any time for random inspections. This was one of those inspections.

Fred Willard was quickly released after being charged.
