The hero from LOST had a passenger in the car and was driving to a fast food restaurant at 3:23am in the morning when the authorities stopped him over for the arrest. He was driving without a license and was not maintaining lane discipline and using appropriate signals while driving. The actor struck a deal with the prosecutors to keep him out of jail. Fox was ordered to enter a special treatment program and is not required to drink alcohol for one year.
Known as the fifth highest paid celebrity under 21years, Amanda Bynes is a hot American, star, singer, fashion designer, actress as well as a DUI offender. The actress was arrested on April 6th at 3am in the morning. Upon arrest, the star denied being drunk and refused to take a breathalyzer. Moreover, in her tweet, Bynes requested Obama to fire the cop who arrested her on her claim that “I don’t drink”. Amanda, known best for several successful television series including Nickelodeon shows, All That and The Amanda Show, entered a non guilty plea via her lawyer. Days after her DUI she was also allegedly involved in a hit and run but no charges were filed. If convicted, the 26 year old will face 48 hours to up to 6 months in prison.

The 39 year old American professional basketball point guard for the New York Knicks of the National Basketball Association was lucky to have survived after he crashed his SUV in a telephone pole. Jason kidd was so much intoxicated that he required support to get out of the club where he spent the night partying. Multiple witnesses reported how Kidd tried to hang from a club light and broke it. Despite constant efforts from friends discouraging him to drive, Jason ended up driving himself and banged his car half an hour later. After the accident, he was rushed to a local hospital where he was treated for minor injuries and was later forwarded to the police for processing.
Daughter of former attorney general Robert F. Kennedy, and ex-wife of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, was arrested for driving under the influence on July 13.The human right activist and writer was charged for DUI while she slammed into a tractor trailer. However, Kennedy swears that she was not under the influence. She appeared in the North Castle Town Court and pleaded non guilty claiming that sleep driving was due to the seizure which was caused by the drug Ambien used to treat insomnia.
