Michelle DeGennaro is MLB Player Carl Pavano Sister
Carl Pavano’s sister Michelle DeGennaro called police after she was a victim of extortion by the hands of a former classmate threatening to reveal intimate family secrets if Pavano didn’t apologized and give him a Land Rover.
36 year-old Carl Pavano is currently a pitcher with the Minnesota Twins, he made his debut in the MLB with the Montreal Expos in 1998, he was traded to the Marlins in 2002 and signed a four year deal with the Yankees in 2004. Back on January 2009 he signed s $1.5 M deal for one year with the Cleveland Indians and 7 months later he was traded to the Twins. Pavano is happily married to his lovely wife Alissa Zandy with whom he has two adorable children 4 year-old Anthony Carl and 3 year-old Presley Mara.
As for his sister Michelle Pavano DeGennaro she graduated in 1997 from Southington High School . Mrs. DeGennaro currently resides in Southington, Connecticut with her husband and three gorgeous children (a daughter and two sons), sadly the peace of her home was disturbed with the extortion attempt made by a Southington classmate of her brother Carl, identified as 36 year-old Christian Bedard who contacted Michelle via Facebook and claimed he would revealed intimate family secrets (according to Bedard he and Pavano had a three year- relationship), if her brother didn’t give him what he was demanding..
“The only way your brother is getting out of this … is with a heartfelt apology and a navy Range Rover with tan leather,”
Michelle Pavano DeGennaro filed a police claim against Bedard, accusing him of extort monetary funds for his fabricated, false information” and even a chance of holding her family hostage with the information. Police has the man’s laptop computer, a journal and until the investigation concludes no charges have been made against Christian Bedard.
