Justin Bieber Graduates from High School

Its not that often you hear about celebrities graduating from any sort of educational institution. Once they reach stardom, completing an education usually gets put on the back burner, however that wasn’t the case for Justin Bieber. Over the past few months, Bieber has found the time to complete 16 mandatory courses and obtain his 30 mandatory credits to receive his high school diploma. His diploma was issued from St. Micheal Secondary School in his hometown of Stratford, Ontario, Canada.

While completing his highschool degree, Justin has had to juggle a huge amount of work, ranging from his planning his upcoming global tour, promoting his current album, and spending a bit of quality time with his girlfriend, Selena Gomez. Some how, amongst all of these commitments he has managed to complete his highschool courses online, through his school’s e-learning program.

While Justin Bieber was listed in the St. Michael’s Secondary School graduation program, he was not present at the event in Stratford. The school made a statement at the time saying that they are proud of Justin Bieber’s graduation, as well as the graduation of another 192 students this year. They refused to make any specific statements regarding Justin Bieber and his progress through the program, stating that information on students is protected by legislation which requires that all student information remains private.

The question that remains is whether or not Justin will take a break from performing to pursue a college degree, however based on his current fame, we here at Celebrity Daily feel that it is fairly unlikely. It would be rather uncommon for a celebrity of his status to invest time in acquiring an education, rather than creating and promoting his music. As it is, Justin is often struggling to find time to keep up with his current commitments.

Either way, we’re happy to hear that Justin has graduated!
