A few months ago we saw Sean Penn jogging along  beautiful brunette, at the time CelebrityDaily did a story about her , but we thought her name was Stacey Koplin, after comments arrived in the story  they revealed her real name was Shannon Costello so here she is Sean’s girlfriend Shannon Costello.
