Gossip Girl Season 6 Sneak Peek – Secrets Revealed!
Get ready for the world of the Upper East Side to be shaken up! The sixth and final season of the popular TV drama, Gossip Girl, premiering October 8th, has a lot in store for viewers. In addition, all of the excitement, hookups, and scandals will be crammed into 10 episodes, with the season finale set to air this December. Celebrity Daily has the latest scoop on what’s in store this season.
This season’s premiere, “Gone Maybe Gone,” will pick up 4 months after where the previous one ended off. Viewers will get a chance to catch up with characters and see what has changed dramatically over the summer. It has been revealed that Chuck and Blair are going to resume their on-again, off-again relationship once again, and things will be kick-started by a steamy scene in this season’s opener. Things won’t all be fine and dandy though, as they’ll have to sort out their own personal issues before they’ll be able to be together forever.
And what about our favorite Upper East Side It-Girl, Serena Van Der Woodsen? She’s fallen off the map completely, and no one, not even Gossip Girl, knows where she is. Having been completely M.I.A., the other members of the cast come together to try to find her. Upon her return, Serena will find a new love interest in Barry Watson, known for his role on the popular TV show 7th Heaven.
In addition, a much darker side to Dan Humphrey will be seen this season, as Lonely Boy finally gets fed up with being cast aside. He will come to realize that he actually has more power than he thinks, and we’ll see a resurgence of the evil Georgina as the two characters come together and conspire against the others. Georgina will make frequent appearances, however she still won’t be considered a series regular.
Finally, it has been revealed that we’ll see many familiar characters once again in the series finale this December. The exact characters are unknown at the moment, but fans are speculating that we may see Vanessa, Jenny Humphrey, or Eric Van Der Woodsen once again.
This is going to be a dramatic season, Gossip Girl fans, so hang on tight ‘cause it’s going to be a wild ride!
