Snowem Horwath and Mary Zahau Loehner are Rebecca Nalepa’s Sisters
Rebecca Zahau ‘s family never for a second believed Rebecca or Becky would actually killed herself, even less that she would get rid off her clothes to do so. Her sister even claimed about knowing who killed Zahau.
Police had ruled out Rebecca Zahau Nalepa’s death as suicide, they released a series of evidence that they believed is more than enough to believed Nalepa was not murder but took her own life maybe out of guilt for Max Shacknai’s death since she was looking out for him when he fell and he was the one who found him.
The evidence police released was a note painted on the wall with black paint, (although they won’t say what it said) two kitchen knives possible used for cutting the rope by her, two brushes one covered with the black paint used to leave the message on the wall, the paint, how the bed was moved from the wall due to Rebecca weight when she allegedly hung herself the rope was tied to the foot of the bed. They said they also found Rebecca’s fingerprints in the door knob on the guest room, the bed leg and one of the knives. Some found hard to believed how she would bound her hands and feet and managed to hang herself, police had an answer for that too, the rope used on her hands was not tight, as a matter of fact the rope looked more like handcuffs they said Rebecca might have been perfectly able to put her hands on the holes in the ropes, but even after these her family, and sister Snowen Horwath sustained what they once said there is not enough evidence, they spoke to Rebecca on the day before she was found she sounded OK, the handwriting on the note found in the wall doesn’t look anything like Rebecca and police wouldn’t check the real handwriting from other notes to check if they match. The alleged text of her text is an inconclusive discovery….
“Becky did not kill herself, someone killed her. Time will reveal who killed Becky. I think I know who killed my sister. We are not stupid, she never had any enemies. Our faith is so strong, she wouldn’t have done that. How could she tie her arms and her feet together? She would never have wanted people to find her naked. She would never do this,” Nalepa’s sister Snowem Horwath said.
She also showed exclusively to radar OnLine the last email she got from Rebecca,

Snowem Horwath other sister Mary Zahau also said the same about Rebecca’s death on July, she spoke to her the day before she asked her (Mary who is a nurse) who to clean their 13 year-old sister cuts on her hands as a result from cleaning the glass from the chandelier in /Max’s accident, Mry also said their sister wasn’t depress
“My sister never had a psychiatric problem, never (had) been on psychiatric medication and never had attempted suicide — let alone ever talked about harming herself. she added that Nalepa never sound like feeling guilty for Max’ accident.

The investigators say that they found Rebecca’s fingerprints on the door knob of the guest bedroom…What did they expect?? She was living in that house, and thus her marks were everywhere.
What about the dark message…so it was “Painted” not written…Who knows who Painted it on the wall.
Plus, the police found ONE message on her phone that implied she was depressed…Really? If humans would be in a good mood year-round that wouldn’t be fine either, correct?
This is a cover-up. Someone needs to get involved and find the killer(s).Private investigators out there – UNITE!
This is a clear case of murder and cover up. The day after his son’s fatal fall Jonah called his loser brother to convince him to come to california to exact his revenge on who he believed was responsible for his son’s death. The night of the murder Rebecca had already fallen asleep when Adam who had access to the home bound Rebecca first with duct tape then rope and attempted to pulled her shirt she had worn to bed over her neck. unable to do this he wrapped it around her neck three times and used it as a gag but did not remove it because the noose had already been tied, to humiliate her further he cut her and removed her underwear she was wearing because she was menstruating (thus no other menstrual blood throughout the house or room) he then carried her over his shoulder and took her to the window. He set her down on her feet and then with a shove pushed her over. He then turned up the music and went to work attempting to create a crime scene that in some way could be seen as a suicide. Including the strange writing on the wall.. Adam is the one with a history of mental illness, crime, and acohol. The knots are the tell tell sign, he used complex boatsmen knots Rebecca would not have known but he as a crewman on a tug boat in memphis would know well.
Also: Adam the brother was never seriously questioned or polygraphed and his DNA was dismissed because he admitted to touching her supposedly to perform CPR. Though the entire suicide theory is based on a voice mail message that supposedly made her so distraught no voice mail was ever recovered and the only information we have on the voice mail was provided by Jonah. Jonah himself stated the message just stated that his son had taken a turn for the worse and probably would die, not that he was dead. Also strange is that the fact Jonah and Rebecca dated for two years and were living together none of his comments since her death have ever showed any real signs of remorse or loss for Rebecca. There also is no mention of Adam’s saliva or DNA on Rebecca’s lips or in her mouth which would have been present if he truly did attempt CPR. Adam either coerced her to touch the rope and other items or it was done forcibly or after she expired. I expect in the excitement of the moment he messed up the suicide scroll his more educated brother told him to leave. A more likely message would have read “I killed him can you save me”.. As for the SD
Sheriff to not consider these facts along with the fact they never interviewed her immediate family or performed any polygraph on Jonah, Dina, or Adam while the case was still considered suspect leads everyone to believe foul play.

I’m in total agreement. The “Fat Cat” in the Community does make arrest. Nothing new about that, happens everyday. They have the resources to avoid being charged. The other thing you reminded us of is the “Blows to Rebecca’s head. The list of nonsense investigative findings served-up by the local authorities should send a very strong signal to the Powers to Be, that it is time to clean house of the Sheriff and whoever else. Girl binds herself with rope using a series of intricate Seamen’s knots and hangs herself. Surrrrrre! Then there’s the “hanging nude” issue. Even I know, and I’m a man, that NO Woman is going to hang herself in full view of the public, much less while she is having her Period. Only other Truth left to be found is who got the “stuffed envelope”. You know, I’ve just got to say this, it is amazing to me how as our Country is in the midst of implementing what is to be the “Militarized National Police”, there appears to be an uncomfortable rise in the numbers of incidents of death and brutality to ordinary civilians. It’s a daily occurrence these days and both the Cops and the “Elites” are being waved through, seemingly immune to any type of inconvenient inquiry, and it’s being done with great impunity. And the majority of these tragedies are brushed off and sped to “Case Closed” status. Well, welcome to the world of the New World Order.
I agree with both of you. Personally for me, this case really shown a light how messed up some of the people serving in our justice system truly are. It’s so obvious to everyone that there’s been foul play so to see the SD Sheriff department still lied to us and shut the case so quickly is truly shocking, and hurtful. What’s to be done when it happens to one of us? If some VIP big short in our community want us dead for some reason? I guess there will be no justice because unlike everyone else, the millionaire/billionaire can afford to pay off the police.
I had to watch Sheriff Gore repeat that statement: “Science is our best witness in this case, is not biased and it does not lie”.

No, Lud, Kathleen McKenna and SunnieRN are not the same but lots of handles @Patch are. Ran her emails, aliases and drivers license. She has an arrest record, mostly alcohol related and she lived in Vegas…worked there too, if you know what I mean. That is why she relates to Rebecca. She’s almost 50!

Big money no doubt. Jonah got his loser brother to do it. And how in the world could the San Diego PD screw this up so bad? There is virtually NO evidence that points to suicide! Someone needs to sniff that trail and see if the FOP has received a large donation from Jonah. The boy fell, tragic stuff happens and it wasn’t her fault.
Big money is the answer-how many times do we need to see this before we do something? Heck, the downfall of the economy is a result of the same kind of rich people commmiting government sanctioned theft. Not one person even investigated, much less indicted for screwing us over. Not only have they not been indicted, but have received HUGE “bailout” bonuses, while so many of the people they ripped off suffer and even commit suicide because they lost everything and know they will never have anything again because this is sanctioned by the government, Bush, Obama, it doesn’t matter-they are all either crooks or impedent!
The brush looks planted. If the bed moved under the weight of Rebecca’s body what are the odds that the brush would be perfectly aligned to the rope and next to the leg of the bed? Sorry, I just don’t buy it.
